Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with FRESH JUICE, operated by ClicknCart LLC. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your FRESH JUICE Portable Blender, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

14-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@blendio.store.

Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns of both unused and opened/used products, provided that the product is returned to us within the 14-day return period.

The blender must be returned with all included accessories and components, including, where applicable:

Portable Blender
USB Magnetic Charging Base
User Manual
Any other accessories originally included with the order

The product should be reasonably clean and safely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Return Shipping

For returns requested because you have changed your mind, no longer want the product, or otherwise wish to return an eligible product, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until your return has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your blender arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at info@blendio.store.

Please provide your order number and, if possible, photographs or video showing the damage or defect.

If we determine that the product arrived damaged or has a qualifying manufacturing defect, you will be eligible for a full refund.

In these circumstances, we will not require you to pay the return shipping cost.

Refunds

We offer refunds only. We do not currently offer product exchanges.

Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund to the original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider or financial institution additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Circumstances

A return request submitted after the 14-day return period may not be accepted.

We may also decline a return where the product or included components have been intentionally damaged, materially altered, or are missing in a way that prevents us from reasonably processing the return.

This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
